Our new six month Mastermind Program starting January, 2021 empowers you with a complete step-by-step system for building the foundational pieces necessary to become a million dollar non-profit organization and have the ability to take time off as the Executive Director.
How is that even possible? You might be asking yourself this. Well I did it so I know it’s possible. For those of you that don’t know me, Hi I’m Brianna Russell.
During my time serving in the Peace Corps, I and a few other volunteers started a community income generating project for the women in their village called A Basket for Change. Upon returning and finishing my M.A. in International Studies, I went to become Founder and CEO of Girls Leading Girls. A non profit that teaches girls leadership skills and building confidence through sports.
The reason I thought to start this mastermind program for women nonprofit leaders is because I was looking for one for myself and couldn’t find one! It didn’t exist. So naturally I created it because as a nonprofit founder and director, I needed a community of support from people who knew exactly what I was going through, I wanted accountability buddies, and I wanted to share what I learned by providing guidance and a roadmap. I was able to dissect everything I did for my nonprofit, Girls Leading Girls, over the past seven years and turn it into a step by step process for other women like me to follow and tailor to their nonprofit.
