What We Do
FemThrive is a business advisory firm that provides advising, coaching and fractional COO support to California and Bay Area-based women founders of service-based business who are ready to scale sustainably, step out of the day-to-day, and lead with clarity, confidence, and feminine power. We’re virtual-first, with intentional in-person touch points throughout the year.
Based in California, FemThrive works close with women founders across the state and partners with select align business nationwide. FemThrive was born from a simple belief: Women don’t need to become more masculine to succeed in business.
For years, I watched women founders push themselves into models of leadership that ignored intuition, sustainability, and balance — often at the cost of their health, relationships, and joy. FemThrive represents a different way forward.
The name reflects what I believe is possible when women are supported to lead with both strategy and self-trust. To thrive financially. To thrive personally. To build businesses that fuel their lives — not consume them.
Because true success isn’t just about revenue — it’s about alignment.
