Top 5 for the month of October

This month has been an amazing time for me. I was on a 5 week work sabbatical and really got to get clear on what I want my life vision to be and what steps to take to get there. Here’s my top 5 favorite things from the month of October!

  1. The Happy Dahlia Farm in Petaluma! Went there twice this month to check out my favorite flowers in bloom and to attend their Full Moon ceremony. They have events throughout the year definitely worth a visit.

  2. Making my Yes, please and No, thank you lists for my career and my life. This helped me get really clear on how I want to return to work next week from my sabbatical, what I want to be different, and what steps I want to take to reach the life I design.

  3. Infrared sauna at Reboot in San Francisco. They just reopened! 30 minutes in this sauna and I come out refreshed and cleansed from all the toxins in my body. It’s so important to sweat and it’s hard for me to get a good sweat in but this sauna does it and it feels unbelievable!

  4. Conscious Leadership book by CEO of Whole Foods, John Mackey. Great insights so far into leading with love and changing the concepts of competition in business.

  5. Mount Shasta! Went for a women’s meditation retreat that helped me get better at listening to my intuition, reconnected me with all my senses and nature. Lots of beautiful hiking trails and lakes. The mountain was magical and the healing energy revitalized us all. Definitely going back!
