This past weekend, Femthrive hosted its much-anticipated Women Entrepreneurs & Leadership Retreat, and it was an unforgettable experience that left every attendee feeling inspired, rejuvenated, and empowered. Held in the serene surroundings of Sonoma County, the retreat brought together a diverse group of women entrepreneurs, leaders, and change makers for a weekend of growth, connection, and self-discovery.

A Weekend of Empowerment and Connection
From the moment the twenty-one attendees arrived, the sense of community and sisterhood was palpable. The retreat kicked off with a warm welcome grounding ritual, where women from various backgrounds and industries shared their stories and aspirations. This set the tone for a weekend filled with meaningful conversations and deep connections.
Transformative Workshops and Sessions
The retreat featured a series of transformative workshops and sessions designed to equip women with the tools and strategies needed to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. Highlights included:
Entrepreneurship and Personal Growth Workshops: Led by renowned experts, these sessions focused on goal setting, releasing the past, learning and reflecting, as well sales and marketing skills, fostering resilience, and cultivating a growth mindset. Attendees learned practical techniques for maximizing their potential and their businesses.
Wellness and Self-Care Activities: Understanding the importance of balance, the retreat offered a yoga and embodiment session, nature based meditations, and wellness workshops checking in on our holistic well-being. These activities provided a much-needed opportunity for participants to relax, reflect, and recharge.
Connection Opportunities: With structured breakout sessions and informal gatherings, attendees had ample opportunities to connect with like-minded women. These interactions sparked new collaborations, mentorships, and friendships that will extend far beyond the retreat.
Nourishing and Inclusive Space: With farm to table delicious, organic, healthy meals from our extraordinary chef, grounding and healing resort surrounded by nature- the setting was intentionally curated to nourish and feed our needs and our souls. The optional flow of the agenda offered both structure and flexibility for participants to choose their own adventure. Guided sessions by Bre held the space for participants to really exemplify their vulnerability as a superpower.
Creating Lasting Impact
The Femthrive Women's Retreat was not just a weekend getaway; it was a catalyst for lasting change. Participants left with actionable plans, renewed energy, and a supportive network of women committed to helping each other succeed. The retreat underscored Femthrive's mission of empowering women to lead with confidence and create positive change in their communities and beyond. Most retreats feel like a one-off event with little opportunity to build off of the connection made for lasting relationships. Femthrive has gone beyond the traditional retreat model by offering a monthly in-person membership for all women entrepreneurs- seasoned and aspiring!
