This free monthly gathering begins with Somatic Dance Yoga - a heart-centered blend of gentle yoga, fluid movement, and breath work set to atmospheric rhythms, designed to release stress and restore joy. No experience is required!
Afterward, stick around for our Community Clothing Swap. Shop each other’s closets for the Fall season change with styling help from Steph Brown, founding member. Bring 20–25 gently worn or brand-new items from your closet that you want to trade out to refresh your wardrobe sustainably and connect with neighbors in a relaxed, vibrant setting.

Q: Is this only for FemThrive advisory clients?
Not at all. The FemThrive Collective is open to any woman in business who wants meaningful connection, wellness, and extraordinary experiences. You don't need to be a FemThrive client, an entrepreneur, a mom to join.
Q: Where are events held?
Most events are based in the Bay Area in Northern California: Napa, Sonoma, Marin, San Francisco, Berkeley, Walnut Creek, all around the Bay Area. As we grow, we'll expand our footprint based on where our members are.
Q: What does $39/month actually get me?
